Saturday arts for middle school students- long term program to prepare middle school students with a serious interest in the arts and strong family support to apply to Detroit's quality High School arts programs by preparing their personal art portfolio.  In-depth aft and design classes taught by College for Creative Studies Community Art Instructors.  Students must interview to be accepted into this program.  Takes place on Saturdays from 10am to 12:30pm.  No Fee.  
High School Students Detroit Neighborhood Arts Corps- through this entrepreneurial youth training program conducted in collaboration with the College for Creative Studies and P.E.E.P.S., high school students will engage their community through public art projects such as murals, public sculpture, art events, graphic arts and design.  Takes place on Saturdays from 1 to 5pm.  No Fee.

Services Provided: after school and summer programs for youth 7 to 17 who are at risk of entering the juvenile justice system or are adjudicated and placed on probation.  Substance abuse prevention, conflict resolution, individual counseling, tutoring, homework assistance, cultural activities, career counseling, computer classes and recreational activities. YAP’s services are provided after school from 3 to 5 during the school year and from 10 to 3 during the summer. Participants are generally enrolled for three to six months and progress is monitored weekly.
